Ticket Info & Discounts

Signature Five Season Ticket Members may exchange tickets at any time before a scheduled performance for any other performance of the same show with no exchange fee. If exchanging into a performance of higher value, you may be required to pay the difference in price. Signature Five Season Ticket Members also have the Trade-A-Play option, which allows one ticket exchange into any other Signature Five production without any exchange fees or restrictions. If you forget to exchange your tickets until after the performance date has passed, you will be required to pay a $15 late exchange fee. If exchanging into a performance of higher value, you may be required to pay the difference in price.

Build Your Own Season Ticket Members may exchange tickets at any time prior to your scheduled performance for any other performance. If you forget to exchange your tickets until after the performance date has passed, you will be required to pay a $15 late exchange fee.

If you know you will not be able to make your performance, but do not know when you can reschedule, please call the Ticket Office at 317.635.5252 to release your seats and you may call back at a later date to choose another performance without incurring the late exchange fee.

Single tickets may be exchanged at any time prior to your scheduled performance for any other performance of the same show for a $6.00 per ticket exchange fee plus the price difference when switching into a performance of higher value. No refunds on single ticket purchases.

We encourage you to make ticket exchanges at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance so we have time to fill returned seats.

The IRT understands your concerns and will work with you in the event that something prohibits you from coming to the Theatre. If you know you will not be able to make your performance, but do not know when you can reschedule, please call the Ticket Office at 317.635.5252 to release your seats and you may call back at a later date to choose another performance without incurring the late exchange fee.

The Indiana Repertory Theatre is the first live-theatre venue to offer the $2 Access Pass Program. Access Pass is a program developed and administrated through The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Families that meet the requirements listed below can visit the Indiana Repertory Theatre and all participating locations for just $2 per family member per visit, for up to two adults and dependent youth living in the household. Only those listed on the pass can receive the $2 tickets.

The Access Pass is good for one year. After enrolling or renewing in the program, qualified families will receive an Access Pass card. A qualifying adult named on the card must present the card at the participating organization the family is visiting.

The IRT is a strong supporter of those who educate our youth! As a token of our appreciation, educators receive discounted tickets. Educators can purchase $10 tickets for themselves and half-price tickets for family ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) to all First Performances (the First Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night performances) of a show’s run. For all other performances, educators can receive half-price tickets ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) for themselves and their families.

During A Christmas Carol, educators can purchase $10 tickets for themselves and half-price tickets for family ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) to any November performance and can receive half-price tickets ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) for themselves and their families for any other performance date.

Identification is required to take advantage of these discounts. The IRT will request identification to be shown in-person when receiving your tickets at the Ticket Office.

State Employees can receive half-price tickets ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) for themselves and their families for all performances.

State Employee identification is required to take advantage of these discounts. The IRT will request identification to be shown in-person when receiving your tickets at the Ticket Office.

The IRT is proud to offer specially priced tickets to US military, US veterans, and their families. The IRT offers one complimentary ticket to a performance for all active military personnel. We also offer half-price tickets ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) to US military, US veterans, and their families. Please identify yourself as a military member when contacting the Ticket Office. The IRT will request ID and proof of veteran or active military status to be shown in-person when picking up your tickets at the Ticket Office.

First responders can receive half-price tickets ($25 minimum price on tickets after the discount) for themselves and their families for all performances. First responders include firefighters, law enforcement officers, paramedics, and emergency medical technicians (EMTs).

Identification is required to take advantage of these discounts. The IRT will request identification to be shown in-person when picking up your tickets at the Ticket Office.
